FAQ
What type of safety screening is done on staffed caregivers?
Yes! Every caregiver undergoes a thorough professional background check and drug screening before joining our team.
Your family’s safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. We carefully screen each employee to ensure they meet our high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compassionate care, so you can feel confident knowing your loved one is in trusted hands.
Can I change the schedule of care if needed?
Yes, we understand that needs may change, and we are able to adjust the care schedule to accommodate our clients needs. Please reach out to the team regarding the change needing to be made and we will do our best to reschedule based on your needs.
Are you a licensed & insured company?
Yes! When it comes to caring for others, it’s important to choose a provider you can trust.
We are a fully licensed home care company through the State of Utah. You can verify our license by searching our business name on the State of Utah’s business verification website.
We are also fully insured, providing an added layer of protection and peace of mind for both our clients and our employees.
What are your rates?
We take pride in providing exceptional care at some of the most competitive rates in the area.
Because every client’s needs are unique, our pricing varies based on the services included in the care plan and the number of hours of care requested. If you email us, we’ll be happy to provide a personalized quote and a detailed price range based on your specific needs.
For a general comparison, the State of Utah publishes average home care costs throughout the state. We’ve worked hard to keep our hourly rates below those averages whenever possible, allowing us to offer high-quality, compassionate care at some of the best prices compared to many local home care providers.
Are your caregivers CNAs?
Yes! Most of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We also employ exceptional caregivers who are not CNA certified but have extensive hands-on experience and have been carefully selected for their compassion, skills, and professionalism.
Every caregiver receives thorough training to ensure they are well-matched to the needs of the clients they serve. Additionally, it’s important to note that the State of Utah does not require in-home caregivers to be licensed CNAs to provide non-medical home care services.
For added peace of mind, all of our employees are certified in First Aid and are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! Many Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance plans cover home care services.
Coverage varies depending on your specific policy, including the services covered, eligibility requirements, and benefit limits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your benefits. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help answer questions and provide any documentation that may be required during the verification process.
